for REAL AUDIO Cabinet Meeting Broadcasts
- I get an error message: "The Audio Server is busy, please try again
later."
This RealAudio server presently supports only 50 simultaneous connections
(50 computers can listen to the broadcast). Users exceeding this limit
will receive this error message. Wait awhile and try again.
- I get an error message: "RealAudio Error 14: There is no document
by that name available at the requested location."
Your sound card and RealAudio player ARE working properly. The meeting
broadcast that you are attempting to access has not been created,
and HAS NOT OCCURRED. Please wait until the date and time scheduled
for the meeting, then try again.
- I get an error message: "RealAudio Error 50: Cannot open audio
device."
You do not have a sound card installed on your computer, OR your
sound card is not setup correctly for use with RealAudio. Refer to
the HELP menu selection in RealAudio player for setup and usage instructions.
- Everything seems to be working properly, but I hear no sound.
- The volume level is not high enough on your speakers. Check the
volume controls.
- Your sound card's volume level is not high enough, refer to your
sound card manual or help files.
- Your speakers are not attached to your sound card. Check the cable
connection from the speakers to the sound card.
- You MAY be behind a network firewall. Contact your network administrator
- I get a browser error: "No viewer associated with this file type."
The RealAudio player is NOT installed on your machine. Go to the
RealAudio
web site for download and installation instructions.
- I get an error: "Application not found. Unable to open file."

for download and installation instructions.
- The player is working, but I am hearing the wrong audio file.
Reload the web page, then try again. You are receiving an older audio
file.
